Stop blaming your life experiences, for each can only happen for some reasons & purposes in most cases not known to you yet for your highest good.
The experiences you labeled as bad could be the ones that lead you to another experience that you might later believe to be good; likewise, the experience you now label as good might also lead you to another experience you will possibly label as bad in the future. Don’t make judgment based on simply what you think the experience should be, for there are always far more profound meaning hidden in each experience simply awaiting your realization.
Become an observer of your own life instead who makes no judgment, simply accept what happens with an open heart so that you can start to notice the subtle meaning possibly hidden in each experience.
Next time, before your emotion is triggered again by an experience, do yourself a favor to ask yourself a question: “Wait a minute, what exactly this experience is supposed to tell me from which I can learn to redefine myself as the person I really wish to be? “
