Being happy is always a choice and a decision, you can still be happy when you don’t have the loved ones around, when you are sick, when you don’t have enough money for something you yearn for, even when you are about to die….
Why? Why? Why?
Because being happy is your natural state of being which is not something you can earn and alter, yet you can actually feel very upset, depressed and utterly hopeless by choosing to believe you are something else and try very hard to keep believing that very thought moment by moment, by doing so in the long run, you inevitably suffer as a result of resisting to be your true self and not accepting what is, by believing the idea that you are something much less, you are not worthy, you are destined to fail, your life is miserable…
Yet what you believe to be true are simply a bunch of concepts constructed by the mind, they can be far from the reality if you are willing and curious to question their validity. Once you find out what you used to believe to be the definite truth are indeed questionable and fragile, you are free, at that moment of freedom, you will find yourself already standing outside of your little conceptual world, calmly beholding yourself from a different perspective, witnessing the one you believed to be the ultimate self, were simply dramatic roles feeling great or bad, right or wrong, happy or sad based on the stories made up by the mind during your whole life.
You finally awaken to know that you are here for the purpose of evolution and awakening from a dream we call LIFE. It marks the day you begin to see life situations in the eye of the truth, realizing you are love as part of life, you can be happy for no reason for unconditional joy is simply a key attribute of life. You smile to realize that life, love and joy are essentially interchangeable terms for the same thing.
