You can’t help but experience exactly what you believe, your deep-seated beliefs shape the reality you are experiencing.  If you don’t like your reality, simply change your belief.  You can do it that through making believe that you are already experiencing the reality based on your new belief.  Following a period of time behaving in new way, your belief will be gradually updated according to your new behavior.

You are the creator of your own reality, knowing this will free you from fear of the future and enable you to be responsible for your own experiences.

I think it’s important also that if you have a hard time “make believing” what it is you want to happen or be, say for example you want more money, and don’t seem to have much, or you want a nicer house, because you’re unhappy with yours, or a better job, or whatever, it is just as helpful to focus on what IS working in your life.

Sometimes it’s hard to pretend we have, are, or are getting something when we obviously don’t have it, you can’t fool yourself into believing something you don’t, which is why it’s suggested to take baby steps in the direction of what you want. Small changes are monumentally easier than large ones, however if you find yourself unable to “fake it til you make it”, then just focus on what is working in your life. Take stock of the things you can be grateful for. Being grateful is like saying, “I want more of this..”

The more grateful you are, the more you will get to be grateful for.

Excellent post!

True, be thankful for what you want before you have it is like telling the universe you already have what you thank for. It is truly a behavior-driven more effortless shortcut to getting where we want to go.
