You can’t help but experience exactly what you believe, your deep-seated beliefs shape the reality you are experiencing. If you don’t like your reality, simply change your belief. You can do it that through making believe that you are already experiencing the reality based on your new belief. Following a period of time behaving in new way, your belief will be gradually updated according to your new behavior.
You are the creator of your own reality, knowing this will free you from fear of the future and enable you to be responsible for your own experiences.
