Our mind keeps thinking in a way that we simply can’t help but getting incessant mental noises, hardly can we be able to have a moment of true tranquility in our state of mind. As a result of these disturbances, we are often kept in a state of veiled consciousness that weakens our reception and perception of truth around us.

Spare some time in your daily life to allow the mind to quiet down, allow yourself to stay still and silent, doing this often will be very helpful to not only the development of our spiritual awareness, but also our physical and mental health.

  1. Yup! totally agree about achieving tranquility. Too much external noise will affect our well being and lose our inner self.
