None of your suffering is originated from factors outside of you, you literally create your suffering by your thoughts in response to what happened. In other words, you did not suffer as a direct result of something happened to you, you suffered simply because you THOUGHT you suffered for the reason you believed. When you realize that suffering are simply some incessant thoughts that you keep hanging on to, suffering no longer survives when you consciously choose to let go of those thoughts.

Yeah totally agree! Problems will only give you problems if you regard them as so. Most of the stress and unhappiness are perceive by ourselves.
Perhaps a positive mindset is much needed to turn problems into challenges of life, and have fun solving such puzzles. It will be less daunting as it seemed to be.
Yes, we can simply deal with an issue as it is, rather than seeing the issue as a “problem" in the first place and have it solved. 🙂
