情緒其實是一些正常的身體反應,喜怒哀樂的感受只是體驗人生的一些方式,本身並沒有好壞之分,每當情緒生起時,請不必壓抑你不喜歡的情緒,而只需不帶評判地感受情緒在身體的自然流動,你不喜歡的情緒,便會在短時間內自然消退。
