在互聯網高速發展與普及的背景驅動下,我們已經進入了經營人心的時代,誰能把人心扣緊,誰就得市場、天下。扣心就是令用戶對品牌所倡導的文化、精神與理念產生認同,是對品牌從心而發的信任。有形之物,只不過是傳播無形文化所需要的過度工具和載體,而不是優勢的本身。

單憑有形的手段,例如技術、資金、價格、產品等來吸引客戶及工作伙伴屬於弱關係,容易被模仿和取代;能透過文化與用戶的心靈共振,建立以心扣心的強關係,才是難以被動搖及替代的真正優勢。
